The short version: this site doesn't use any.

We don't set cookies

This website sets no cookies — none at all. Not essential ones, not analytics, not advertising. There is nothing to accept, which is why you have not seen a banner asking you to.

We also load nothing from anyone else's servers. No Google Analytics, no Facebook pixel, no embedded videos, no social sharing buttons, no external fonts. Every file that makes up this site comes from our own server. Your visit is not reported to any third party.

There is one small exception, and it is not a cookie. When you close the “no cookies” notice that appears on your first visit, your browser saves a single on/off flag in its own local storage so the notice does not pop up again on every page you open. It holds no personal information, it is never sent to our server, we cannot read it, and it is removed the moment you clear your browsing data.

Why we built it that way

Most business websites collect far more than they need, then paper over it with a consent banner nobody reads. We would rather not collect it. The site is faster for it, and it means we can say something most agencies cannot: visiting this site tells nobody anything about you.

It also means we are not relying on your consent for anything, so under the Privacy and Electronic Communications Regulations there is nothing we need to ask you for.

Cookies you might still have from our old site

An earlier version of this website ran on WordPress and used Google Analytics. If you visited before August 2026, your browser may still be holding cookies from back then — typically named _ga, _ga_…, or wp-settings-…. They are no longer used or read by anything on this site, and they expire on their own, but you can clear them now if you would rather not wait:

  • Chrome — Settings → Privacy and security → Third-party cookies → See all site data and permissions → search for this site → delete
  • Safari — Settings → Privacy → Manage Website Data → search for this site → Remove
  • Firefox — Settings → Privacy & Security → Cookies and Site Data → Manage Data → search for this site → Remove
  • Edge — Settings → Cookies and site permissions → Manage and delete cookies → See all cookies and site data → search for this site → delete

What about the forms and the keyword tool?

Neither uses cookies. The contact and audit forms send what you type to us by email. The free keyword tool sends your trade and town to our own server, builds your plan and sends it back — nothing is stored and nothing is placed on your device.

Leaving a review

Submitting a review does not set a cookie either. What it does collect, and what gets published, is set out in our privacy policy.

Links to other websites

If you follow a link from here to another site — for example to leave a review on Google — that site's own cookie and privacy rules apply from the moment you arrive. We have no control over them.

If this ever changes

If we add anything that needs a cookie, we will update this page and ask for your consent before setting it. We will not switch on tracking quietly.
